Interim “Head of Engineering” for an H2 OEM
Managed 30+ Engineers and 6 Teams, supported the upskilling and onboarding of the permanent HO Engineering for an OEM in the Green Hydrogen Industry. Set up and lead capacity forecast, project capacity alignment and outsourcing, sub-contracting of work packages for the Technology Unit. Set up quality metrics for the Departments’ Engineering output and implemented them into the bonus objectives of Team Leads and Engineers

Interim Director PMO for a public tender in the rail industry (German SPNV) with app. €1 bn volume and 30 team members. Result: The client won the tender and received the contract to operate a local network for 15 years
