Since 2019 Nils works as Independent Management Consultant, Advisor to CxO, Coach and Interim Manager.
His projects typically involve large scale Transformations with Performance Improvement or Innovation Targets in technically complex Industries.
As Interim Manager he has supervised groups of up to 25 Engineers with 4 Team Leads and programs of up to 1bn€ volume.
He served clients in Green Hydrogen, Aviation, Logistics, Rail & Defense but also has deep experience in Chemicals, Renewables and Oil & Gas through his earlier Engineering career at Cargill and Air Liquide.
Prior to becoming independent Nils gained 4 years of Consulting experience with a McKinsey Joint Venture.
He holds a German Diplom in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from IE Business School.
Since 2018 he is regularly lecturing “Strategic Management” and “Industrial Production” for Master students at a Private University.
He is a PMP certified Project Manager and holds Coaching certifications from the two leading German Coaching Organizations.
Nils is polyglot, has worked in German, English and Spanish and is fluent in Portuguese.
